I booked “wash + haircut” (no blow dry) which actually meant walking out of the salon with wet hair.. (no blow dry = no dry). Hence, I couldn’t judge my haircut that time. On request to dry my hair, I got just 5 secs of dryer .. which she mentioned was complementary & they don’t do that.! Duh!!
I went to Elisha after reading all the reviews & expect good. But I was very disappointed with the treatment I received. The haircut was very ordinary, in fact below average & uneven. :)

This place is a hidden gem! Elisha is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I went for threading and a haircut - both were done quickly and professionally! The haircut was exceptional and I’m very happy with how it looks. I will be back again soon, thank you Elisha!

Really glad I found this gem of a place. As an introvert, rarely am i fond of going into noisy salons with lots of commotion going on as it can get too overwhelming. But I felt incredibly relaxed at the company of elisha. She was very careful with my nails and I loved what she did with my hair. I also liked that she’s been very mindful about hygiene with her equipment too. 10/10 would recommend around the ladies in west london.
