As my first time here, I didn’t feel very welcome and found they weren’t very friendly. For an eyebrow thread it was more tweezing than threading. Also I hadn’t received a patch test for the tinting so therefore wasn’t carried out was asked to come back the next day which I couldn’t but wasn’t offered a refund which I found very unprofessional. I will not be returning as it wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere and also paid £16 for half threading half tweezing a bit steep for an unsatisfactory result
