Overall a good experience. Elisha is very attentive and provides great customer service. It took about 1 hour longer so allow extra time. I was given a pair of flip flops to keep as I forgot mine which was really nice. My manicure only lasted a day though which was a shame.

I had a great haircut this week and a total change of style. People commented that it was a great haircut with a lovely style. I found Elisha very helpful and informative whilst looking for advice. A kind lady who works extremely hard and is very good at what she does. It is always a pleasure to have a haircut there.
I had such a fun time having my manicure and pedicure. Elisha is a lovely warm person who was very hospitable (i had 2 cups of coffee and biscuits!) as well as professional in her work. We chatted with all the customers and people who popped in. it felt like i was in a friend's home. i will definitely return.
