Elo was lovely. It was only us in the studio, so it felt very calm & relaxed when I arrived. She listened carefully to what I wanted & asked follow up questions, then worked quickly whilst checking whether I was happy along the way. I usually prefer to read or zone out at the hairdressers, but we had a really interesting & enjoyable conversation! She came across as really warm & smart. Equally, I think silence would have been comfortable. I am very happy with my hair and will definitely return!
