My usual visits are normally good. This one on the other hand, the person i requested did not do my wax which I was not too fussed about. However when i got home, i had a lot of patches and had to start pulling out hairs myself which was very painful. In terms of how much i paid and the the quality of my wax, i'm not impressed at all.
