They sent me a text message informing me they would not be able to complete my 30min massage, so my understanding was that the appointment had been cancelled. I texted back to reschedule the appointment and received a call about an hour later informing me that they would neither reschedule nor refund the appointment. When I explained that the cancellation had come from their side the lady eventually said she would speak to my manager and call me back. She eventually called me back and reiterated ‘no refund, no reschedule’. I am very disappointed in the service as I was intending to book a series of massages. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Nice ambience, brilliant massage we'll need as I had alot of stiffness in my shoulders and neck, feel sore afterwards, but will definitely go back, highly recommended.
