The massage was just what we needed, and we were asked at the start of the experience, and throughout, what we were comfortable with. The only negative on this occasion was the 35 minute delay. We did receive a notification stating that our visit would be delayed by 15 minutes, but we were already en route and arrived at the original time. We then had an additional 20 minute wait before our masseuses were available due to an extended booking from the previous customers. Would still recommend! :)
