I didn't feel the Therapist actually listened to what I said when I explained where I was experiencing discomfort. It felt rushed and vigorous as in I wasn't relaxed at any point . It felt as if the Therapist was just going thru the motions without actually paying attention to how I was feeling. In the beginning of the massage she put cold oil on my back and considering I mentioned how tense I was feeling she never took the time to acknowledge that. I was very disappointed considering I informed reception that I needed someone who really was attentive and I was reassured my Therapist would be amazing. My massage was painful as opposed to feeling as though my tension was being released.

Had an amazing deep tissue and my masseuse was Deena, she was literally perfect. Lovely technique and a perfect amount of pressure used on my lower back. She listened and was extremely attentive in regards to my areas of concern. Ask for Deena when you arrive, you will not be disappointed.
