Extremely effective deep tissue massage, including stretching out the really awkward muscles. Definitely sped up my recovery after a long run that had left my lower back jarred and my body generally aching. A bit more work on the calves would've been welcome, but it's my fault for not mentioning them at the start - I did mention my lower back and the therapist gave that extra attention as a result. I've no doubt she would've done the same with my legs if I'd asked.
