I have mentioned many times that the massage was too strong and I was in pain but the woman kept on doing it strong particularly as I mentioned when booking that I have issues with my left shoulder. I came before and Omm looked after me it was brillant. Tonight after the massage I am in a massive pain and barely move my arm and shoulder. Truly disappointed to have pay to be in pain!! It was suppose to be a relaxing moment. I am the client and when I say it’s too strong it should be heard..

We got there early but this didn’t seem to be a problem at all and we were offered a twin room despite booking separately which was very accommodating of them. Massage was great, hot stones weren’t too hot and during the massage the masseuses checked with us regarding pressure etc.

Only out one star for the couple room as I was in a single room which actually is more of what I wanted and want in general.
My experience was great honestly I work in hospitality and trust me if I could I would get a massage every week but the one I had was amazing Omm looked after me and she is amazing!!
