I arrived early and was left outside (in the cold!) and was told that I was early.
The therapist hadn't arrived and I waited - consequently, the massage started late and they stopped my massage on the hour meaning I would lose out on the time they started late. Disappointing. Masseuse was nice and did the hour after I asked but I was told to come early next time.
Not an ideal first experience.
