We waited 25 minutes until our massage, the therapists were rushed and eager to get home as this was felt in their technique. 1hr massage was only 45 minutes and masseuse failed to lighten pressure when I explicitly said massage softly. Receptionist was informed over our disappointment, and no compensation provided, despite being a loyal customer to this spa over the last few years - I am saddened by the service myself and partner received on this occasion.
