Friendly staff member but little to no instruction given. No instruction of what to undress to. No explanation as to how tanned the application would give me or asked what I'm looking for. Stated she was learning which didn't fill me with confidence. Handed the what I realised was a drying hose then left room immediately without telling me how long I was to dry. Got dressed when I realise wasn't coming back. Then asked at the till how long to keep on for before washing..she said she didn't know.
