I have been visiting Eleven for years now. Sebastian straightened my hair. He was very professional and was very attentive to make sure my hair is treated well. I am so very happy with the smooth, frizz free hair created. After two days I washed my hair today and the result is just as I expected. Perfect. Now, if I choose, I can even create soft waves without the frizz. Thanks Sebastian.👩🏻‍🦳

Wooooow! I’ve been looking for a place to have Japanese straightening and the reviews kept leading me to this place and to Sebastian. And I’m so happy!! Sebastian is super nice and a real professional, 3 hours went by and I didn’t even notice. The place is amazing, great location and the staff is wonderful. They kept offering drinks and snacks and most importantly (for me) - my hair looks great!
