Chantelle was super friendly, engaging and all round lovely. She was also knowledgeable in beauty and did a great job on my Hollywood wax. I appreciate that for someone that recently opened shop, she did a wonderful job; though I would recommend for her to get a light/lamp/torch that other beauty therapists have to aid in the treatment process. Apart from that, all was fab. Thank you.
