I visited for neck and shoulder massage after a particularly heavy workout and long days of work, had an incredible experience. She was professional, kind, and incredibly talented. She knew exactly how to find the right spots and target my pain points. I felt immediate relief the next day and will definitely be booking more sessions. Highly recommended!

This was my 4th visit to Elevate and as always Sacha was very polite and professional. I didn’t have an injury as on my previous visits so it was just an upper body sports massage to release any tightness in the muscles. The massage itself was incredible. I feel much looser and flexible as a result. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sasha’s massages are always exactly what I need! Sasha is super friendly and makes the whole experience so comfortable. She always relieves the tension and knots in my neck ! Highly recommend- I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
