Victoria M is not only talented, but extremely knowledgeable, skilled and applies a lot of time to everything she does. Her advice is always spot on. I do listen to her, regardless of what I think I want to do with my hair. She doesn't take no for an answer, but patiently explains what will happen to my hair if I do it 'my way'. Her advice is drawn from study and years of experience. Thank you Victoria, yet again. Beata

I love the atmosphere of the salon, all the staff are caring, thoughtful, friendly and excellent stylists. I always book in with Elena for a blowdry or hair up ahead of a special occasion, and I cannot recommend her or her team highly enough. Also, my Elena cuts my husband's hair better than anyone, he looks great!

Always a fantastic experience at Elena von London! I always look forward to my haircut as the atmosphere is absolutely relaxing, calm, beautiful classical music.. the head massage is an absolute must and of course Victoria M was fantastic! Attentive, precise and helpful. Loved my hair cut and just love going to Elena von London :)
