Victoria M is not only talented, but extremely knowledgeable, skilled and applies a lot of time to everything she does. Her advice is always spot on. I do listen to her, regardless of what I think I want to do with my hair. She doesn't take no for an answer, but patiently explains what will happen to my hair if I do it 'my way'.
