Very frosty reception on arrival.
Meet by hairdresser who spoke very little English .
Which made describing what I wanted difficult it took 10 mins to tell her I wanted my hair washed. Only for the reception staff to have to explain again to her, I wanted my hair washed. She also stated she was on work experience so not even sure she was a qualified hair dresser.
I would be extremely concerned if I was to get my hair cut here. I would worry she did not understand what I wanted. I asked for my hair to be blow dried with volume and she blow dried it flat. The appointment in total took 1hr 40 mins so I was late for my appointments afterwards and I was left feeling disappointed at the whole experience.
I would not recommend this salon.

The salon itself is beautiful, but my stylist was not very good. I asked for curls and a smooth finish. My hair was completely flat and not smooth at all. When I noticed there weren’t any curls I asked for my hair to be more curly. She then put in some curls, after which she brushed through my hair so it went flat again! I wasn’t happy at all. Probably the worst blow dry I’ve ever had. I could’ve done it better at home myself (and I’m not very good at blow drying my hair!)
