Elena is lovely and she does the waxing in a way that you have the least possible pain ever! She knows what she doing and luckily she has a hot wax as well.

I’ve been really impressed by Elena’s Beauty Lounge. The salon room is comfortable. Elena is very friendly and welcoming. She’s speedy and efficient at waxing which is all you can ask for. I always rebook now.

Elena is professional and friendly too:) She is very accommodating with the appointments and always helps me even if it's last minute. Her space is very clean and relaxing. The results are always satisfying that's why I can't recommend her enough!:)
