Elena is an amazing nail artist, she is highly skilled and never disappoints. She is creative and very artistic, I am always pleased when my nails are done. This treatment I had cat-eye with two nail arts, they look stunning. If you are looking for artistic nails that are extremely professional and high quality I recommend Elena.
