From the moment I arrived I was made comfortable, the massage has really helped my back ache, but Elana explained I needed to do stretches to get the real benefits, and showed me which ones, I was apprehensive about going to begin with but my experience was brilliant, will definitely be going back

I treated myself to a bit of a pamper day and had never been to Elena before as I recently moved locally. So glad I found her as it was a great relaxing facial and the massage was super, I knew I was stiff and needed some attention and Elena was super informative and fixed up my worst areas with a bit of added pressure and stretching and today I feel so much loser as a result. Will be back for a remedial massage ASAP! Highly recommend.
