This was my first time having a deep tissue massage and it won't be the last! Elena was really helpful, thorough and provided some 'home work' for me to do to help improve areas of tension.
I think this is the beginning of my self care journey, and has made me realise that I need to listen to my body more. I have some improvements to make, but I think doing some at home stretches and another visit or three to Elena will help me on my way.

Elena was absolutely amazing, very professional and as always I loved my massage. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I was feel like I'm floating when it's done. She is very thorough and clearly extremely passionate about what she does. She takes the time to ensure the massage suites your needs. I cannot recommend her enough, she is absolutely incredible!

I have been here namy times and keep
coming back because Elena is very friendly, and conscientious, very knowledgeable in her field. I particularly like the colonics and nutritional programmes ,which i am very familiar with. Im about to begin another, and Elena is a great coach , always there to guide me .
