I’ve just had my first colonic hydrotherapy session with Elena, and what one would imagine to be an uncomfortable situation - it wasn’t at all. Elena is very calming and reassuring. She offered sound advice that can easily be implemented into your lifestyle. I look forward to a healthier gut and digestive system with the subtle changes I am going to make. I’ll be going for more session and I highly recommend Elena and her therapies.
