It was my first time having this treatment so I was extremely nervous and felt a bit embarrassed but Elena made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything in amazing detail and answered any questions I had. She made one of the most awkward experiences quite pleasant. Such a lovely energy. I will definitely be booking here again. It was worth the hour and 40 min train journey. Thank you!
