I met Joanna first time she was fantastic she did my facial. I always use Debenhams to get my facial done but I’ve noticed how it’s changed within a year. These past few visits they have started this stone massage on the neck you only have half an hour for facial i would rather then spend more time on my face and than use stones on my neck.
The facials have become very basic.
