The treatment was very thorough and involved a face mapping photo tool which highlighted problem areas which are invisible to the naked eye. The facial was very relaxing and left my skin feeling super soft. Would recommend :)

It was surprisingly good. I had expected to be on a lie back chair outside in the main store but the very sweet facialist took me into 1 of 2 private rooms where i then sat on a massage chair. (unfortunately due to pregnancy they were unable to allow me to use it) the 30 minute resurfacing facial had cleansing, a tingly resurfacing mask then a neck shoulder massage which was very welcome as well as a hand massage. I wish they did longer facials there!

Love treating myself to a facial at Elemis in Debenhams, always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and most importantly, very relaxed. The products are amazing. The staff are wonderful. Can’t waiy for the next time!
