Thank you Team! Really relaxing. It’s a shame it’s over so quickly :) I like the massage whilst your mask dries. Would be nice to see more ability to choose your products and tailor a mask specifically to you but I’m sure the experts make their choice based on your skin regardless
Great facial and amazing staff however sadly you could hear the music playing from outside which ruined the whole vibe.

Depends who you get but Nicola is great. The ambiance is not particularly amazing but its great value and also easy to get to.
The massage chair was unlike any i’ve experienced before and I loved it. The neck and shoulder massage while the face mask was on, was incredible. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. My only criticism was the hard sell on products at the end.
