Had to wait for the therapist to turn up. The treatment was decent but didn’t feel it lived up to biotec expectations built up when the package was sold to me.

Good facial, slightly disappointed to be given a ‘hard sell’ of products and not offered any samples.
My treatment was amazing. The lady who done it was knowledgable, very friendly and efficient. It’s not often I can switch off and be silent but this was a first whilst having my facial.
Have been going for these for some time now . May be it’s just me but I don’t see much of an impact , not even the short lived glow one gets from the traditional facials.
