Fantastic facial, great therapists but my only issue was that it was on the shop floor and the music was so loud I couldn’t hear a word she said and it stopped it being relaxing
Interesting consultation to start which took up most of the time of the booked facial. Actual facial was nothing amazing. Therapist spent a lot of time opening pots. No face massage. And my skin was left feeling dry afterwards.
Only positive was the massage chair. Hot stone massage was a nice addition
