That was my first time having a treatment in John Lewis. I was initially surprised, but you forget where you are very quickly. The treatment was incredible, very thorough. The therapist was amazing, she explained every step & advise me. I left with a very glowy skin

Great facial - a bit busy in the middle of Christmas shopping season but loved having 30 mins out for me :) my therapist was great and really knew her stuff
