I'm Cristina, originally from the Philippines and proudly based in England. With over 10 years of experience in health, wellness, and holistic therapies, I am passionate about helping clients restore balance, reduce stress, and improve their overall wellbeing. I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga, offering personalised treatments designed to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, aid recovery, and promote relaxation. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from exercise, reducing stress, or simply taking time for self-care. My qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK (YAP UK), Reiki Master, Holistic Wellness Trainer accredited by IPHM, Retreat Facilitator, and Founder & CEO of Elements of Zen. My approach combines evidence-based knowledge with holistic healing practices to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Alongside my specialist treatments, I also offer Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Thai Massage, Cupping Therapy, Metameric Therapy, Four Hands Massage, Zen Facelift Facial Treatments, Body Waxing, and Private Yoga Sessions.
