Worst haircut I've ever had. The wash was very rough and the haircut is awful. The stylist clearly did not know how to deal with curly hair and straightened the life out of it which I neither asked for or wanted. I should also add that no heat protector was used either. I will not return here.

This was my first time at Elements and it was such a lovely experience. Thank you Venice for such an amazing cut and a lovely time. I had a wash, cut and blow dry and it was the best haircut I’ve ever had. The wash included a head massage which was very relaxing. Throughout the appointment Venice was friendly, professional and kept checking in to see if I was happy with the hair cut. I’m looking forward to booking my next appointment here soon. Thank you for a lovely appointment Venice.
