The message was decent and the venue looks nice. The atmosphere however was a bit weird as if they didn’t expect to receive me and didn’t know who would give the massage. Didn’t make me feel comfortable or relaxed at all. Looked very shady - only saw men come in. Very uncomfortable, just wanted the massage to end so I could head out.

Elements has a lot of openings and so it’s convenient and easy to get a massage on demand. I would go back again.

I turned up for my appointment if booked weeks in advance to be told they had no space. I was so upset I ended up not attending the event and wasting a 150 pound ticket. I'd travelled to London especially for the event from Liverpool. No explanation was offered would not recommend.
