Jay was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. He put me at ease straight away. Fantastic to have a mini consultation at the beginning which didn’t eat into the actual massage time! My choice of music was permitted too! I went with migraine problems. I came away feeling relaxed, head feeling less tight and more importantly, relevant info to help maintain my body better. Thank you v.much Jay!

I would highly recommend Jay. I've been struggling with a recurring hip problem for several years and over the course of six sessions with Jay I have really felt an improvement. Jay clearly cares a lot about his work and offered lots of useful advice on exercises I could do at home and also sent through some great videos about stretching. He is a really friendly guy and I always felt reassured and comfortable throughout the sessions.
