Overall, quick and efficient removal, but I do think my nails now have ridges to them. I really did not enjoy how my nails were filed and shaped. I asked for short nails with soft edges and some of the nails are incredibly short (almost to the base of the nail), and some are too rounded.
The whole process of filing was really quick and was not done with attention to detail.
Really disappointed as I have been to the venue before and I did enjoy the experience, which is why I came back.
