I appreciate the effort that was put into my biab nails. However, I booked this place for its reputation, it’s a bit pricer than other places but it’s well worth it because my past experience has given me the perception they’re reliable. However, this time the experience wasn’t satisfactory, i booked the treatment with Leila but was worked on by another person, the process hurt and was very painful. It left my cuticle bleeding and swollen. I have pictures showing this.
