As a loyal customer, I was disappointed to be reassigned to a different nail technician instead of Leila, without any notice. The new technician’s work was painful, and when I raised my concerns, she couldn’t speak English. Leila also dismissed my discomfort, suggesting it was normal. Having had gel nails for years, I know when it’s done incorrectly. While I appreciate Leila's work, her attitude in downplaying my pain was unacceptable. I will think twice before returning/recommending the salon.
