I had a natural manicure, the electric file was used on my nails and it damaged the nails & left a groove in as they started to grow out. A base coat was applied before the nail colour was applied, if it messed up, she removed everything with acetone and didn’t bother using the base coat again when that happened. Throughout the treatment she kept speaking to her colleague in a different language which made me feel uncomfortable (naturally you assume they are talking about you)
