Took my 5 y/o today for a basic shoulder length cut after 90 mins, my daughter's hair is chin length and she was cut in the neck. Susan tried to blame Megan but Megan only asked her to check if it was straight. It was cut for a further half hour

It was my first time having a hair cut here and i will definitely be coming back in the future. All of the staff were very friendly, chatty and welcoming. I was very happy with my hair afterwards, Megan was so lovely and professional!

Had such a great experience. Susan was absolutely lovely and took so much time and care. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut. Definitely recommend and will be back.
