Booked for a Deep Tissue Massage- did not get that! Turned out to be a Thai massage place, so they only do Thai massage. Very misleading of advertisement on Treatwell. Place is on 2nd level, lift not working, in middle of Chinatown. Massage room was dark, dingy, the whole place poor in ambience, cleanliness, and spa facilities. The Thai massage was painful, and my body was sore for 2 days. Do not recommend this place for the faint hearted! The staff was friendly, but overall- not a relaxing massage! I think Treatwell needs to regulate companies carefully, as some are misleading in advertisement.

The massage was amazing, the masseur knew exactly where to put pressure on to ease my pain. The lady on the phone had so kindly made alternative arrangements for me when she learnt that I was stuck in the tube so that I wouldn’t miss the appointment, and I’m very grateful for that.

I was happy with my massage after the therapist clearly understood which areas required more pressure. Overall a nice relaxing experience.
