Very bad experience. Had an appointment and was still waiting for an hour before they started anything on me. Once they did, they kept switching between me and other people anyway. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to peoples times specially if you have an appointment time. I had more appointments for different things elsewhere that day and missed because of this. Expensive decision to go here.

Little bit see through on ends due to the rush. Had an appointment at 12 but didn’t leave until 2.50. Previous nails have been fantastic and other than gel being a bit thin on ends they are strong and fine.

REALLY poor experience will not be returning
- cured gel on the skin ( can lead to allergic reaction)
- acrylic nails were lumpy and all different
- asked me to put both hands in at the lamp (will lead to nails not curing properly)
- charged me extra £25 for a design i didnt intial ask for
- nails burned afterwards because they were so aggressive with the filing, had to take the nails off an hour after wearing them
- everything was covered in product, they reused files
