Appointments were running very behind and then what should have been a half hour appointment took an hour to complete. Staff would switch between clients constantly which isn’t the most covid secure. Shop itself was extremely busy. It was clear that the shop had overbooked and there was not enough staff to meet demand.

Had to wait 20 minutes before they had space to do my nails. This meant I missed a train that I had book as I ended up spending over an hour at the venue. Others there spent longer waiting.

Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Really busy even though I booked a timed appointment, they were 30 minutes behind. I requested a shellac manicure and was thrown a box of colours to choose from, but after I picked one it ended up being a gel colour. I didn’t want to spend time choosing another colour because it was already late and super crowded inside with customers not wearing masks.
finished manicure was nice but it didn’t seem like a hygienic salon, didn’t see tables and UV machines wiped down between customers.
