I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment at your salon.
I booked my appointment through Treatwell as it was convenient and allowed me to pay online in advance. Upon arriving at the salon and informing staff that I had booked online, I was repeatedly questioned about my booking and payment despite having already paid through the system provided by your business.

I have been here a few times and usually it’s okay…. But this most recent time , he rushed through it very quickly, not paying attention to the layering… he also filed the nails at the very end…. Which meant that my nails spilt the very next day! Not pleased with this result as I have 3 chips now and I don’t trust them to have a reliable experience every time.

I dont really recommend I'm afraid. My gel polish has already started to chip and it has only been 4 days. Technician was multitasking, doing my nails and another's. It's affordable at £28, but still.
