I had made an appointment but was kept waiting 25 minutes as they prioritised walk ins. I found this unacceptable. The treatment itself was fine but there is clearly no point making an appointment or expecting to be seen promptly.

It was super busy and more than one person ended up doing my treatment and it felt at times like I was forgotten. I think they accept a lot of walk ins as well even if they are booked with appts so I wouldn't recommend if you are tight for time

I’ve never had SNS peel off period, nevertheless within days of the manicure. The process steps were rushed and it seemed more like a gel manicure than anything. Save the $$ and time if you’re looking for SNS, you’re just going to have to spend more to go elsewhere and get it done correctly.
