Booked an appointment for 11am. Arrived at 11, and then sat and waited for 15 minutes because the staff were busy with other customers. Not sure why they take bookings when they can’t actually be on time. My appointment was only for removal of gel nails, the wait took almost as long as the appointment itself. Afterwards my nails were very damaged, as soon as I left I went straight to Superdrug to buy nail strengthener.
