Lovely staff who make the time to make sure you are happy instead of rushing you through tp get to the next person. Beautiful shop as well. Very friendly too. Definitely going there from now on!!!!

Five star service. I didn't enjoy previous salon as new to nails and really wanted help and advice. Van at Gravesend was so friendly and explained all the options available. He really helped me make a decision for my next visit. Everything is new and pristine and I was even offered tea or coffee - a first. Cannot recommend highly enough and look forward to my next visit. Such friendly staff and such good value and beautiful nails at the end.
