Absolutely terrible. In common with the other one star reviews, the therapist was incredibly rude, did not say a word of acknowledgement when I said hello to her, or ask any pre massage questions. I could also quite clearly hear her texting on her phone when she used one hand to massage my neck in a very distracted fashion. When I confronted her about this she told me to get changed and go even though I had paid for one hour. I had to get a partial refund. Avoid!

The salon is in Chinatown and in a great location but the building is not that great. maybe I was unliky but the stairs to get to the salon from the ground floor were dirty. In the salon there was smell of food and while having a massage I could hear lots of people talking and waling around. It was not relaxing at all. The therapist gave me a decent massage but again did not ask any pre massage questions. I do not think the name Elegant suites this salon.
