Visited Elegant to have a haircut. You have to go up two flights of stairs before you get to the salon, which was fine. As soon as I arrived at the salon I was seen straightaway. My hair was washed ready for my cut, it was nothing special. The hairdresser then asked me what I wanted and I told him the stlye, but he didn’t seem to understand what I wanted exactly. As soon as he started cutting my hair he got a text and asked if he could leave for a few minutes, he left the salon and I was just sat down waiting for him. A few minutes later he came back- he did apologise but I think it was just unprofessional. He then proceeded to cut my hair without asking if the length of the cut was ok. Throughout the whole process he was talking to his colleagues in a different language, which again, is quite unprofessional. Once he’s finished cutting my hair he showed me the stlye which was good, however the length was not what I wanted. By this time I have had enough of the experience therefore I decided to leave. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this salon as I feel like the next time would probably be the same.
