I picked the wrong option - I wanted to a full head colouring but under colouring there's only regrowth and treatment. tried asking twice if I can change but was rejected - which I understand. fine my fault. my problems, though.. were (1) the app didn't list all the services offered and did not provide useful description. (2) the lady at the reception was borderline rude- like I said I get it why they may not be willing to change. but when I was done with my haircut and wanted to leave - she took quite a while to make sure all my payments were prepaid and no extras were due. all done without even looking / acknowledging my presence never going back again

This was exactly what I needed at such a good price! I felt so comfortable here and my masseuse absolutely nailed all of my problem areas - in the best way! Will definitely be coming again :)
